British art collector, dealer and benefactor; with his brother David inherited their father Jacob's dealership, liquidated in the 1850s after which Falcke concentrated on collecting. Falcke's collection of maiolica was sold to Sir Richard Wallace (q.v.) between 1868 and 1872, his collection of Wedgwood (one of the largest in the country) was presented to the British Museum on the 17th June 1909.
