Medallist. Trained at the School of Arts and Crafts in Budapest, and under Ede Telcs. Travelled to Rome on a scholarship, 1935-37, arrived in England in 1938. Adopted British nationality in 1948. Awarded Premio Especial at the International Exhibition (Madrid 1951), silver medal at the Paris Salon (1954), and gold medal of the American Numismatic Association. Fellow of the Royal Society of British Sculptors.
