Printmaker, watercolorist, pastel draughtsman. Born in (?) Canterbury to an ecclesiastical family. Educated at Christ's Hospital and studied at Queen's College, Oxford. Took Holy Orders. Exhibited at the Abbey Gallery and Walker's Galleries in the inter war years. A Knight of the Victorian Order. Lived in Windsor, in London and Lingfield, Surrey, in retirement. His work is held in the Government Art Collection.
