  • Description

    Blue glass disc, probably from a bowl, decorated with a bearded male bust and a gilt and jewelled casket with two rampant lions on the lid, all within a gilt border. Made of two plates of glass stuck together; the gilding and black linear shading are on the upper side of the lower plate; the edges are bevelled all round.
