        Lettered in a cartouche below portrait, four lines in Latin by David Heinsius dated 1614: "Dipositum coeli ... / ... crede Dei." and "W. Blaeuw Excud.'; lettered with production details in lower margin: "M.Miereveld pinx:" and "W.Delff sculps:".
