    Silver sword-pommel of 'cocked hat' form from a ring-sword with separate grooved hook and ring; traces of gilding on the shoulders and in 3 grooves along the base of one side and of nielloed border on the ungrooved side; saltire incised on top; traces of a putative runic inscription on one side and scratches on the other.
