    Paas suggests that the mercenaries are Scottish, but the title clearly states that they are from Ireland; as they are fighting in the army of the Protestant King of Sweden they may well be Scots-Irish from Ulster.

    At the bottom with MS note in the hand of Edward Hawkins in ink "Printed at Augsburgh"
