Following the latest government advice, the Museum is temporarily closed. Unfortunately, Tantra: enlightenment to revolution and the Citi exhibition Arctic: culture and climate will not reopen. Please see our Members' Tantra page and Members' Arctic page for more information and a range of content from the exhibitions, including curators' tours.
While we're closed, Members can still engage with the Museum and its collection. Please visit Members' exclusive content for online events, curator videos and access to the British Museum Magazine digital archive.
In 2021 Members can look forward to exhibitions on the murder of Thomas Becket, the infamous emperor Nero and Ancient Peru.
We hope to see you soon.
