With an intimate feel, The Hugh and Catherine Stevenson Theatre is an elegant auditorium with fixed, tiered seating for 142 delegates. It's fully equipped with a screen, HD projector, lectern, two translation booths and an audio-visual control room fully fitted out with state-of-the art equipment.

Included in the hire of The Stevenson Lecture Theatre is the use of the West foyer, an elegant curved space suitable for registration, refreshments, displays, branding and cloakroom with 248m² of space which can hold between 8-10 exhibition stands.

All delegates can be served a standing lunch or drinks reception here for 330, and up to 150 people can enjoy a seated meal. A 'Green Room' is provided for speakers and VIPs which has easy access to the main stage.

The Stevenson Lecture Theatre and West Foyer are both wheelchair accessible.
