- Biography
- Son of Henry Borrell [q.v] and brother to Henry Perigall Borrell [q.v.]. Watchmaker in London. Contributed articles on Syrian, Vandal, and Cappadocian coins to the Numismatic Chronicle between 1853 and 1862. His scholarship and the coins sold to the museum derived from his brother.
