Biography: Glassworks. Part of the Bor Glass National Enterprise. Used company designers and external collaborators. Cut and faceted objects were sold in Prague and Brno. Pavel Hlava (q.v.) was predominant designer in 1960s. Later in this decade glassware engraved with biblical scenes based on classical designs was popular. 1980s - manufactured replicas of pieces in museum collections for the Japanese Meiwa Trading Company.
