Biography: Son of Drusus (q.v.) and Livilla, the grandson of Emperor Tiberius (q.v.). His twin brother, Tiberius Germanicus Caesar (q.v.), died in infancy. Tiberius Gemellus was a potential heir to Tiberius, along with Gaius (q.v.), who was favoured. Gaius may have been involved in Tiberius Gemellus' death although this is not certain.
