Treatment; 27 Sep 1993; Lift from mount, remove debris. Temporary mount (no overthrow) with B28, B38, B39. Stamp mount.; Western Art on Paper

Reason: Temporary Exhibition
Description: Lifted from mount by splitting with a scalpel. Remains removed with Cellofas B3500 (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) poultice and moist cotton wool swabs. Pressed. Losses infilled with Western paper adhered with Abra wheat starch paste, and toned with W&N Artist's watercolours. Pressed. Hinged to mount. Mount stamped.
