Treatment; 02 Aug 2005; Lift. Remove debris and adhesive. Infill TL and BR corners. Inlay. Mount and stamp.; Western Art on Paper

Reason: Loan
Description: Lifted from mount by cutting hinges/guards with scalpel. Removed verso debris with poultice of *cul* and by scraping with scalpel. Made up TL & BR corners using matching Western repair paper and Japanese paper with wheatstarch paste, toned with Winsor & Newton Artists Watercolours. Pressed. Inlaid with Japanese paper strips and *cul* adhesive.
