Reason: Permanent Exhibition
Description: Req 19319; BLADE previously moulded using silicon rubber, traces left behind. Washed and brushed with paste-brush in white spirit to remove silicon ruber. SCABBARD-PLATES; Cleaned using Industrial methylated spirits (ethanol,methanol) applied on cotton wool swabs. Cleaned manually using scalpel. Missing and weak areas restored using Beetle resin (polyester) with fibreglass matting reinforcement.
