Mummy of an Apis bull consisting of the head and some of the principal bones, reinforced with a reed frame and covered with linen, the hindquarters are covered with light-brown linen, the forequarters and head are covered with red/brown linen, much of this material is now missing revealing the reed frame and packing beneath, the front of the body is covered with a panel of decorative bandages arranged in patterns of concentric squares, the horns are exposed and the eyes indicated with painted pupils surrounded by applied circles of different coloured linens.
