Axe-head (?): with straight broadly splayed sides and wide convex cutting edge. It has a short, roughly cylindrical central tang at the rear, which tapers towards the end. It is very thickly corroded. A portion of the blade is missing at one end, and the surface is deeply cracked at several points. The blade has corroded into laminae.
