Egyptian Blue inlay in form of a wing, conventional shape with a curved end going towards a point; compact fabric with upper surface smooth and polished to a low gloss, slightly convex towards the centre; underneath is flat and roughened with indentations to facilitate its fixing into inlaid object, while sides, with a smooth surface, are slightly undercut -sloping in to be narrower at base and wider at top; possibly belonging to a large amulet or necklace (?); originally a bright blue, colour visible where broken, now a lighter, powdery blue on the surface; snapped off across base.
