Anthropoid gessoed wood canopic-coffin; lid originally pegged to box by 4 tenons and decorated with black lappeted wig with banded diadem, broad collar, winged scarab, wedjat-eyes(part of) on breast, vertical column of text down front, ground ruled with broad chequer-board pattern in red on yellow; box decorated with alternating djed and sa-signs beneath banded edging, winged human-headed bird at head end, djed pillar flanked by imntt-signs at foot; contains embalmed lungs wrapped in fine linen, now stored separately.
