Round-topped limestone stela divided into five registers:
1 - Winged sun-disc, below is a barque containing the deceased and four gods, jackals on either side.
2 - Central sun-disc flanked by kneeling female mourners and representations of Ra(?).
3 - Male figure supporting the sun-disc on top of his head flanked by ba-birds, cynocephali and worshippers.
4 - Seated male and female figure before an offering-table and figure carrying a libation-vase and incense-burner.
5 - Five rows of Hieroglyphic text.
