Papyrus (two fragments) written with black ink with demotic text on recto.
Thompson's MS Catalogue: "Thirteen fragments in one frame [...] Omitting the 8 small fragments on the left of the frame, the next 4 (9-12) are part of one document - a deed relating to land. [nos. 9+10 are wrongly joined together - two fragments are upside down - they should be unmounted, before they can be dealt with]. The remaining two fragments on the right bear date 'year 25 Chioak 22 of K. Ptolemy called Alexander'. Four witnesses at the base."
