Rim, neck and shoulder sherd (mended from 2 fragments) of Corinthian black-figured pottery column-krater with spring of handle; interior: reserved at top, glazed streaky black below with added red band below rim and two red bands on neck; exterior: on top of rim, black-figure lotus-palmette chain with traces of red on calyxes; stepped zigzag band on edge of rim; reserved underside; glazed black (mostly worn) on neck; on shoulder, band of alternating red and black tongues; below, black-figure decoration consisting of hoplites to left (helmet with red of first; of second, only head with helmet, raised right arm and part of spear); at right, black on handle root.
