Probably made in Naukratis. Three naukratis examples in Cambridge Museum Classical Archaeology sport the same headdress and hair combination (NA656, NA655, NA654), for which there is a parallel in Athribis from a Roman context a 1st century BC context and a 2nd century AD context (Szymańska 2005, nos 64, 105, 115).
