- Old card; very good condition; postally used with yellow green halfpenny stamp of Edward VII (1902-1910), marked West Brompton, 5.15 pm, 12th February 1908. The card is inscribed with a faded message stating that: "I have not gone. Father has been quite bad with flue, & mother says she can't come till he is about again. So I don't quite know when that will be. Will you come to tea on Saturday - do if you can, Mrs Wustenguard [?] too if she is still with you. I hear the Augustus Perkins are going to live in a small cottage, [?] is for sale & they are selling all [underlined] their things in April. if This is from [?]. Will tell you more when you come".
