- Acquisition notes
- Objects were found amongst the Asia Unclassified objects on the fourth floor of Blythe House in May 2012. No acquisition details available. Registered as part of the Middle East collection on account of their Middle Eastern provenance as part of the larger move of ethnographic objects from Orsman Road to Blythe House. Slipper a and b were separated at some point before 1972 so they were registered separately with different Q numbers. They have now been re-united with one registration number.
