Pistachio green A-line dress with a round neck with button closure and long straight sleeves made of viscose rayon. Machine embroidered (or possibly woven) on the chest panel with vertical bands of alternating flowers and leaves and pulled thread work. Pleated under the chest panel. Pleats are sewn down with machine stitches in a triangular pattern.

- Part of a gift of textiles from collected by the donor in Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Abu Dhabi. Purchased by the donor in Damascus, 1980-1981. She was told the dress was from Afghanistan.
