Woven Afghan war rug with a beige background, three decorative borders and beige tassels. Shades of pink, green, orange, purple and blue used throughout. The square rug features a large body of water replete with boats and surrounded by buildings, trees and a mountain range. Russian block houses are depicted on the mountain tops and the sky is full of military helicopters and planes dropping star shells. The second and widest decorative border includes a variety of tanks and armoured vehicles. Inscriptions in Farsi.
