Description
Painting; a European man (possibly Portuguese) and woman stand in a garden. The man holds a sword in one hand while gesturing to the woman standing directly behind. The woman, holding an elongated stringed instrument in one hand, gives the bow to the man. Hilly landscape and lush foliage decorate the background. Text appears within all surrounding borders. Painted in opaque watercolour on paper.
