Description
Black magnetite cylinder seal; a figure in royal posture faces the god with extended arm above whose hand is a crook. Traces of an inscription; the lower part of the seal is missing but the end has been ground smooth; the perforation is oval at the upper end due to re-boring; the design is worn and the inscription has been almost entirely erased; chipped.

This collection number is applied to Woolley Ur objects previously unregistered but their provenance is basically assumed from their place of storage and there have been many possibilities for confusion so that it cannot entirely be relied upon unless the object has a U number or other positive evidence.
