The kapıcılar kethüsdası, or superintendent of the gatekeepers of the Palace wearing a red kaftan with a black lining over a silver robe with blue design and white turban. Inscribed. Album contains 124 paintings of Turkish sultans and court officials.
Ink, opaque watercolour and silver on paper. Album bound in green leather with pages of Persian paper, according to inscription. Page edges gilded with gold.
