Shallow bowl with glazed ring foot and base, central depression in base with pseudo-Chinese mark and three spur marks. Stonepaste fabric, white slip, transparent colourless glaze in the interior, transparent cobalt blue glaze on the exterior, lustre overglaze. Decorated on interior with zebu ball, flying pheasant and fir tree in landscape with sprays of poppies and other vegetation. band contains six cartouches below rim, each cartouche decorated with central dianthus flower and foliage. Exterior decorated with band of quadripartite medallions containing floral sprays and leafy tendrils.
