Dish, made of glazed pottery. The dish has rounded sides with a flattened bracket-edged rim and a short ground-down foot-ring. It is painted in bright cobalt blue, turquoise-green and bole red outlined in black with a long curved spray of chinoiserie lotuses and feathery leaves sweeping round the cavetto encircling a small bunch of lilium and dianthus and a pronged feathery leaf with a prunus spine. The rim with a whiskery wave and rock band between bracket-line borders. The underside with double tulips between single rosettes below a painted bracket edge. The foot-ring and rim pierced on a vertical axis edge for suspension.
