- The seet seems cut at left.
This a copy in the same direction (with variations) after the engraving by Jan Saenredam (see D,5.167), who copied a design by Goltzius, see 1895,0915.1019. The figure of Adam has been left out of this composition. The serpent is here depicted without a human head and Eve's arm is raised towards her mount.
