After a drawing by Parmigianino for the figure of Eve in S. Maria della Steccata, Parma, in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York (Inv. No. 62-I35). (A. E. Popham, Catalogue of Drawings by Parmigianino, 1971, p. 120, no. 301)
An attribution to Lucas Vorsterman is plausible.
