'Haydon's drawing-book' (London: John Landseer), 1817; containing 7 plates by Landseer after Haydon showing sketches of hands, with titles: 'Sleeping groom / Duncan', 'Duncan', 2 plates titled 'Sleeping groom', 3 plates titled 'Macbeth' showing a hand holding a sword or baton. Together with woodcut title-page with text within ornamental frame, and various blank pages bound at the end of the book. Bound in red half-leather, with marbled covers and gold tooling at the spine.
