- For the drawing by Ramberg, see K,58.67. This is a close variant of the design published as a frontispiece to Bell's Shakespeare on the same date, engraved by Thornthwaite but seemingly on a slightly larger scale (see Burnim and Highfill).
The play was not performed in London during Mrs Bulkley's career.
