Frontispiece to Bell's British Theatre; portrait of the actress Ann Catley in the character from Milton's 'Comus'; whole-length, standing three-quarters to left and looking to front, with arms held out in front of her; wearing dress with sash at waist, trailing cloak and long trailing scarf in her hair, her skirts, bodice, sleeves and hair (worn high with fringe, and much disarrayed) all decorated with vine leaves. 1777

- For the drawing (in reverse) by Roberts, see K,58.115, and for a hand-coloured impression of this print, K,58.117. The actress is also portrayed as Euphrosyne in K,58.120-121, 125 and 128; she first acted the role in London on 17th October 1772 at Covent Garden Theatre, having previously played a 'pastoral nymph' in the same play there in 1762.
