Curator's comments
The key includes seven figures which appear in an engraving by William Woollett, completed after his death by William Sharp, of which the finished state is dated 1798. For a finished state, see 1838,1110.10. The twelve men included in this key under the title 'Cromwell' do not appear in the above print.
