Woodcut on two conjoined sheets, printed from two blocks. CD: no watermark The German text reads: "Herr meinen Gayst beuilich ich dir / Dein gnädig Angsicht wend zu mir / Durch dein bitter leyden vnd sterben / Lass mich inn kainer Sünd verderben" The woodblock of the original woodcut is in Berlin.
