Curator's comments
The print is slightly cut at the l and traces of red are in the centre. Lehrs mentions that even though it is not possible to affirm, it is likely that the cut might have served as a model for a paten. An impression of the first state is registered as E.1_14, which lacks the vertical lines within the inscribed date.
