- The suite was printed by Harlan & Weaver Intaglio, New York in an edition of 54 (with 44 numbered 1/44–44/44 and 10 Hors Commerce numbered 1/X–X/X). In addition, there were three Printer's Proof sets; the BM set is one of these. The publisher is Peter Blum Edition, New York. There was also a special book edition of Homely Girl, a Life which was accompanied by a previously unpublished text by the American playwright Arthur Miller that was published in an edition of 100 plus 1 HC. The text related a love story between a blind man and a young girl.
