- A different state from the one recorded in De Vinck (published by Dembour in Metz; Dembour refers to himself as successor to Lacour in the inscription).
The death scene copies a lithograph by Nicolas Maurin (De Vinck 8648) while the apotheosis of Napoleon reproduces a composition designed by Tassaert.
