- There is a third state in addition to those recorded by Chaloner Smith, republished by John Bowles and Carington Bowles (2010,7081.3291).
This impression is presumably from the first known state, published by Thomas and John Bowles, before the engraver's name was erased; since it is trimmed, however, it is not possible to be certain that there was not an anterior state, with a different publication line or without one.
