Chaloner Smith lists this plate as entitled 'Miss Young'. The engraver's initial has clearly been altered from 'W' to 'R' (not mentioned by Chaloner Smith).
The Lennox-Boyd database lists it as a fourth state, confirming the fact by recording impressions: of the second state, with the engraver's initial as 'W'; and of the third state, with the engraver's initial as 'W' and the sitter's name as 'Miss Young'.
