- Curator's comments
- Prignitz 236. See Ittmann, p.182: the text is taken from an address on 1 September 1938 by Cardenas to the Chamber of the Deputies of the Mexican Congress. It asserts that only the solidarity of the workers can eliminate imperialist wars, and publicizes the forthcoming Peace Conference in Mexico City as a forum to expose the hypocrisy of capitalist leaders who use the rhetoric of freedom to mask exploitation.
