Oliver Simon (editor), "Signature: A Quadrimestrial of Typography and Graphic Arts", (London, the Curwen Press for Signature) No. 12, July 1939; containing chromolithograph of flowers by John Nash, collotype reproduction after a portrait of Stanley Morison by Frances Macdonald, reproductions of book illustrations by Joan Miró, Staney William Hayter, Picasso, Hans Bellmer, and Georges Braque (accompanying an essay by Herbert Read), samples of typography from the Pelican Press including fold-out "Kalendar for the Whole Year" printed in black and maroon, collotype reproductions of script and type by Ludovico Arrighi (1475-1527), and colllotype reproductions of decorative paper in the collection of Olga Hirsch.
