- A single print, not a book-illustration. The print was made as a reaction to the death of D.H.Lawrence, for whom the artist has a very high regard. The image shows Lawrence towering above his own dead body which is being castrated by 'the Press', and stabbed by chortling critics. Illustrated Hughes-Stanton p.18.
