- Curator's comments
- The studies were closely related to Orwell's '1984', e.g. gas-masked figure of no 11 "Men like Pigs" (reg 1988-12-10-27) and geometric of television screen with a phantom face to represent Orwell's 'Big Brother'.
Sandle's structure with planetary rings recalls the official Soviet architecture of the Cold War era.
