- Curator's comments
- From Bomberg's last group of works, all drawings, made while suffering from depression. He and his wife had moved to live in Ronda in Spain in February 1954, and had rented the house 'La casa de la Virgen de la Cabeza' well out of Ronda on a hillside facing the town (see Cork p.303).
