Four scenes; the first, two dogs dressed as dandies, wearing coats, top hats and smoking cigars, looking away from two dogs drawing a dustcart, both couples criticising the other, a footman carrying a lady's dog and a small dog talking to a cained dog beyond; the second; skaters, on an artificial ice rink, falling through the floor to the room below, where gentlemen stop their gambling in shock, some stealing money, scenes of an alpine forest and a volcano painted on the walls beyond; the third; poor children dancing and eating at a charity ball. two gentlemen and a beadle drinking, a small band playing on a dais; the fourth; various fanciful flying machines, shaped as palaces and mansions; illustration to Cruikshank's "The Comic Almanack 1844" (1844)
